A 200 hour meditation teacher and wellness artist, Dora Kamau, uses meditation as a tool to awaken individuals to the true experience of who they are. Joined by host Shanetta McDonald, Dora shares how a string of unhealthy relationships led to her discovering meditation and eventually the calling to help others along their healing path with the practice. The two also offer messages of hope on how other BIWOC can accept themselves more, have faith and trust in their individual journeys, and be intentional with taking care of their mind, body and spirit.
